Meet Francina Pleasant
Mother. Mentor. Entrepreneur. Woman of Faith. Francina is a mother of five, a successful businesswoman, a compassionate caregiver, and a woman whose life has been shaped by faith, resilience, and service.
As a single mother, she worked as many as three or four jobs while raising five children, including her oldest son, Johnathan, who was born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, also known as brittle bone disease. She learned how to manage medical challenges, motherhood, work, faith, and family while still creating a home where every child felt loved, capable, and free to become who they were meant to be.
She did not raise Johnathan to believe that something was wrong with him. She helped him build friendships, develop confidence, embrace his personality, and live life on his own terms.
Her warmth allows her to connect with people from every background. She is genuine, humble, loyal, hardworking, and naturally able to brighten a room. Her message is especially meaningful for mothers, caregivers, women of faith, entrepreneurs, and families navigating disability.
